Log into your Casiopk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
